What would you say is the biggest difference between a problem and a conflict? 

The biggest difference between the problem and the conflict is the depth of the situation, as well as the feelings and emotions involved in the conflict.
A mediator may also be necessary to resolve a conflict.

What are the most common conflicts at the workplace or company? 


  • Mainly the lack of teamwork
  • Lack of comunication
  • Arrogant bosses and bad communicators, autocratic, inflexible, controllers and discriminators
  • Harassment and / or prejudice
  • Different personalities


Why is it relevant to be skilful at negotiation? 

The importance of negotiation in our lives is undeniable. A good or bad negotiation can lead to success or failure.
In the case of negotiations in organizations, these are intensely competitive and therein lies the importance of knowing how to negotiate.
